Please read these terms carefully before using SecuraMail. These terms set out the rules and guidelines for using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, authenticating via Google, or otherwise using SecuraMail ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
SecuraMail provides advanced email threat detection by analyzing your inbox contents for phishing, malware, and other security risks. Our platform leverages local machine learning and external threat intelligence APIs to flag suspicious messages. We are a security utility designed to supplement, not replace, your own judgment and general cybersecurity hygiene.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access SecuraMail. Since we use Google OAuth, you must secure your Google account.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must only connect inboxes that you own or have explicit authorization to monitor.
4. Limitation of Liability
SecuraMail is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our detection models are highly advanced, no security tool is perfect. We do not guarantee that our Service will catch every threat or that it will never produce false positives.
In no event shall SecuraMail, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You can terminate your account at any time by navigating to your settings and disconnecting your inbox.
